We Care's "3C" Approach - Stepping Stones to Business Success
To help more people find small business success, there are "3 C's" which need to come together as a team around any new business owner (or entrepreneur-in-training). The consultant trainee, or apprentice, may have one of these natural talents - maybe all 3. The important piece is to assess their natural talents, and then team them up with people who have the other natural strengths. They are:
Coach - someone who understands the fundamentals of the business and can guide a trainee forward, helping them to set and achieve goals
Connector - someone who is great at developing new prospects for a business - either live or online
Consultant - someone who can teach someone about a product and show them how it will solve a problem or challenge (also may provide a service)
